Half full or half empty?

Very different headlines from the two main newspapers in Wales this week.

The Western Mail yesterday came out with the story that"Welsh house prices predicted to rise".

On the other hand, the Daily Post stated that "Hundreds facing eviction in North Wales".

Which paper is right?

Given that you had the Welsh Assembly Government spinning the Western Mail's line, I can guess the reality!
