Off to Estonia first thing tomorrow to spread the message about Welsh enterprise research at the Nordic Conference on Entrepreneurship so blogging will be intermittent.
I've been twice (once for work, once on holiday) and it's certainly a country that's changing. Definitely worth a stroll around Tallinn's old town, and there's some really cool stuff around the rest of the country (Tartu's a good city) and the TV tower outside Tallinn centre's worth a look. Nice restaurant's too. My pick would be Troika, a Russian style place in the town square. Not great for vegetarians like me though!
Professor Dylan Jones-Evans is Director of Research and Innovation at the University of Wales and visiting chair of entrepreneurship at the Turku School of Economics. He is Chairman of the Welsh Conservatives' Economic Commission, and is the director and creator of the Wales Fast Growth 50.
